Hln-18xf-10d cylindrical battery sorter is a kind of test sorter for the internal resistance, voltage and other parameters of cylindrical battery.The device has 10 feeding slots, and the voltage and internal resistance can be set arbitrarily on the operating interface.It is equipped with a high-precision voltage internal resistance test system, which can accurately separate the internal resistance and voltage values set by the battery to the corresponding gear. The system can separate 9 good gear positions and 1 bad gear positions.

The equipment can realize the whole box feeding, servo manipulator automatic sorting, manual material collection, really realize the automatic sorting of the battery, the structure of this equipment adopts modular design, easy to maintain, stable operation, is the smallest volume of similar products on the market, a high cost performance separator.

1.显示界面:采样可触摸微型电脑，操作简单，功能丰富，测量数据实时显示，运行状况，目标产能，全可实时监控。

2.上料机构：采用转盘式料斗上料，边缘处抛光倒角处理，使得下料稳定、快速、无刮伤，并且适合不同类型料盒人工整盒上料，快速、不间断供料。

3.测试机构：采用专用探针4线法测量，增加U型磁力定位槽，在不分正负极的情况下大大提高电芯自动化分选的时效性；

4.出料通道：采样伺服马达机械手放料精度高，放料整齐，料盒尾端开门方便快速放料。

5、设备可以跟自动贴青稞纸机连机使用，实现自动化对接使用；
